SHTA is rerouting the Trail at Pincushion to leave a ski trail and move to a year-round hiking trail between Pincushion Mountain Trailhead and the Devil Track River. You can be part of this process by helping us prep the future trail corridor!

Trail Operations Director Tamer Ibrahim is seeking 8-10 volunteers to help remove (“swamp”) cut logs and brush from the future route of the Superior Hiking Trail near Pincushion Mountain.

Volunteers will meet at 9AM on June 29th at Pincushion Mountain Trailhead in Grand Marais. Work should conclude by 4:00.
