Join SHTA and professional trail builder Tim Malzhan as we renew this worn and muddy section of trail. This project was started last year, and now we’ll wrap it up.

Activities will include hardening the trail surface, building rock and wooden structures, building drainage features, and reshaping tread with hand tools. No experience necessary! All tools and training will be provided by SHTA. Expect a 0.3 mile hike from the trailhead to the project.

If you wish to attend this event for multiple days, a separate registration is needed for each day that you wish to participate. (We are working on a fix for this, we apologize for the inconvenience.) If multiple people wish to volunteer together, each participant must complete a separate registration. Youth ages 12-17 are welcome if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Free car camping nearby is available to participants. Registrants will be emailed details on camping about one week before the event. Dinners will be provided starting July 27.
