Fifth Falls Snowshoe Hike, around 2 miles

Wednesday, January 16 10am – 12pm

Take a hike of discovery to Fifth Falls for views of ice sculptures, winter tracks and caves. Journey with Gooseberry Falls State Park naturalist on the Superior Hiking Trail within the park. This hike will cover 2 miles and involve steep hills. Recommended to bring walking sticks or ski poles. Bring your own snowshoes or borrow a pair from the park. There are a limited number of adult snowshoes, send us an email or stop in at the Visitor Center to reserve your snowshoes. Directions to Gooseberry Falls Visitor Center: At Hwy. 61 milepost 38.9, turn right and go 0.2 miles to Visitor Center parking lot.
