The Superior Hiking Trail Association is pleased to welcome our volunteers to a Trail Maintenance Manual Q&A to discuss the new manual for work on the Trail.

The new manual will guide and inform volunteers of current trail standards and updated construction methods, and how to perform many of the basic maintenance techniques needed to keep the Trail in good shape. It is expected that everyone working on the SHT will do their best to adhere to this guidelines and principles explained in this manual.

The presentation will be geared towards the Superior Hiking Trail Association’s incredible volunteers and those interested in learning what volunteers contribute to the SHTA. While registration is required, the event is free, family-friendly, and open to anyone interested in joining us.
